Excellence in Education Grants

The Resource Boutique provides Round Rock ISD homeless and foster care students with emergency food support, hygiene kits, school supplies, backpacks, water, emergency kits to nurses, snacks, and Happy Birthday Bags from donations through the community.
The Excellence in Education Grants provide resources for educators to execute innovative ideas, programs, materials, equipment, field trips, and various other needs that enhance student learning.
All Round Rock ISD students are impacted by the grants in some capacity.
Educators from over 55 Round Rock ISD campuses, and departments were selected to receive over $165,000. Partners, Foundation Board members and members of Round Rock ISD administration surprise campus winners throughout the District’s five learning communities throughout the last week in August.
Deadline for 2025-2026 grant application submissions: Monday, June 9 at 11:59pm

“Being part of the Teacher Grant Review Committee is one of my favorite PIE Foundation programs. Personally, I want to help every student reach their full potential so that is why I give my time, treasure, and talent as a Board Member. It takes a community working together to educate all students to help our community thrive and grow.”
– KELLY MORENO, PIE Foundation Board Member
